Customer Support Engineer

Additional points - requirements 

Should be Graduate engg in  Electrical/E&TC/Instrumentation.

 Experience-  1-2 relevant to tender.

Basic engg knowledge.

GEM portal knowledge required.

OR

On line tender submission knowledge

 Related basic document awareness.

GEM / On line terms and basic keyword knowledg

Related bank authentication knowledge.

GEM participated required calculation.

Responsibilities-

  •  Reply to enquiries come through email, phones sometimes through message.
  •  Sent quotation accordingly as per customer request.
  •  Sort out technical queries
  •  Inform to customer regarding availability of material
  •  Attend customers when they come to collect material from office.
  •  Make pro-forma invoice, order acceptance & sent to customers.
  •  Make order acceptance & give instructions to dispatch dept.
  •  Internal co-ordination regarding material availability & readiness
  •  After dispatching material send docket details to customer through mail or call
  •  Payment follow up
  •  Material Requisition
  •  Service report
  •  Duly fill & sent Vendor registration form
  •  Monthly reporting to HOD
  •  Courtesy call to customers
  •  Introduction Mail to customer.
  •  Finding new prospects from various sources
  •  Sending them intro, talking to them and fixing appointments for Sales Engineers visit
